Beloved husband to Ros, loving dad to Catherine, Jon, Lizi, Claire and David. A much loved grandad to Kelly, Lauren, Joe, Sam, Ben and Rebecca and great grandad to Maya and Remi.
Funeral service to be held on Friday 12th June, 2pm at St Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, St Austell followed by a private cremation.
Family flowers only requested but donations to Smiles may be placed in the donation box at the service.
